The first thirty storey tower of Cyprus
Santa Roza Tower is a new high rise mixed used development.
The design, accommodates an integrated design strategy, that encompass architecture landscape, structure and building services in a joined up effort that will result in a better building design and enhanced energy performance.
The project includes offices, luxury apartments, business club, retail shops, as well as public car parking.
It captures the best views and offers a new space experience.
The tower consists of 30 storeys: 2 retail and 1 mezzanine, 16 offices floors, 6 floors of apartments, a double height business club. Double height mechanical service floors are located between the different usages of the tower.
