The Santa Roza development is to be world class. The approach to the external areas seeks to match the caliber of the development and together create a dramatic new beginning for this key site within the city of Nicosia. Crucial to the development’s success is the definition and quality of the external zones, that surround the building. The spaces play a significant role in the locale of the building and provide a unique environment for locals and visitors alike. An exemplary approach for the landscape design concept has been developed to complement this landmark scheme. The efficient spaces within the development have been achieved by taking inspiration from the national, regional and local landscape elements of Cyprus, infusing the design with an interpretation of the local vernacular.
